We send you the invoice for payment in advance.

We order the materials and handmake your plushie.

We ship your plushie directly to its forever home.

Custom plushies cost the same price as the non-custom versions which are available in our shop.
Delay
Please note that all plushies are handmade and therefore it could take around one month for you to receive your custom plushie. We will endeavour to inform you if we have other orders to honor before yours which may cause a delay to your order.
Return
Unfortunately, as custom orders are made specifically to your request, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund.
